The Evolution and Revolution of the Web

The talk will describe the directions the Web seems to be taking and
the directions which I personally would like to encourage. I will describe
the role of the W3 Consortium in providing stability through its rapid growth
and future changes. I will discuss some of the challenges which
confront the evolving design of something which is so widespread.
