GUIDELINES FOR POSTER SESSION AUTHORS


Set Up/Removal Times
Posters should be set up and removed strictly according to the times listed below
Set Up 18 July (Tue.) 10:00-13:00
  19 July (Wed.) 08:00-10:00
Removal 21 July (Fri.) 13:30 -15:30

Display
Posters will be on open display during Exhibition Hall hours listed below.
19 July 10:30-18:00
20 July 10:30-18:00
21 July 09:00-13:00

Presentation,Discussion,Q&A
Poster authors have not been allotted individual presentation time. Instead, authors are asked to be available to field questions in front of their poster boards during the Conference luncheon periods indicated below.
19 July (Wed.) 12:30-14:00
20 July (Thu.) 12:30-14:00

Awards
Open voting by Conference attendees combined with the opinion of a panel of selected judges will determine winners of the INET 2000 Outstanding Poster Awards.

Preparation of Posters
Each poster session author will be provided with a poster board as illustrated below. Poster boards are comprised of a wood panel covered in cloth.
Poster numbers will be provided by the Secretariat.
Each poster must have a title (20cm height x 70cm width) including authors' names, affiliations and countries. This should be prepared by the presenting author.
As posters will be read from a distance of 2 meters or more, lettering should be large and legible.
Photocopies, illustrations and charts should be prepared in advance, as materials for these purposes will NOT be available on site.
Authors will be provided with pushpins to be used in attaching material to the poster boards. Scotch tape, etc. may not be used.
Authors will have a maximum of 140cm (height) x 90cm (width) in which to display their work.
