John T. Chambers

President/CEO, Cisco Systems, Inc.

John Chambers is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cisco Systems, the worldwide leader of networking for the Internet. Since January 1995 when he assumed this position, Chambers has grown the company from $1.2 billion in annual revenues to its current run-rate of $14 billion, and a market capitalization over $300 billion. Today, Cisco is the fastest growing company in the history of the computer industry and is among the five highest valued companies in the world. Chambers joined Cisco in 1991 as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Operations.

Dr. Ken-ichi Ohmae

Described as "Mr. Strategy" worldwide, Dr. Kenichi Ohmae is regularly sought out as a public speaker and management consultant. He is also known as the creator of the framework of the borderless economy. As an author he has published over 70 books, many of which are devoted to business and socio-political analyses. He has also contributed numerous articles to major publications (e.g., Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, Foreign Affairs, Los Angeles Times).
