Payment Your payment will be invoiced by ExpoNova or ISOC. Your payment must be received no later than 30 days after signing, dating and forwarding this Agreement. All payments will be invoiced in U.S. Dollars. Expositions Rules/Terms of agreement The name of the Sponsor must be the primary promotion within the booth. If full payment is not received by ExpoNova or ISOC from Sponsor by March 31 2001, Sponsor may be unable to take possession of their INET booth at the Stockholm International Fair. Sponsor agrees that the Exposition rules and regulations established by Stockholm International Fairs shall be considered a part of this contract, incorporated herein by reference and shall be fully binding.
