The registration fees cover attendance at all conference sessions, the
opening reception, Gala evening, luncheons, coffee breaks, and all
conference materials, including the conference program and proceedings.
The registration fee for an accompanying person includes the opening
reception and the Gala evening. Attendance at the conference sessions,
luncheons, and conference materials are not included in this fee.
Payment of Fees
All payments must be made in US Dollars. Acceptable forms of payment are:
bank draft, bank transfer, international credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and
American Express), cash, First Virtual, CyberCash and personal checks drawn
on US banks.
We do not accept purchase orders as payment for registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. No cancellations after 17
May 1996. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged for conference
cancellations received before 17 May 1996. Substitutions are permitted
from the same institution for conference registrations.
