|  James Richardson President - EMEA Operations Cisco Systems Cisco SystemsRichardson, a 16 year veteran of the high tech industry and 7 year veteranat Cisco, has been a key contributor on Cisco's executive managementcommittee for 5 years whilst the company has grown from $350 million to over$6 billion. In addition to sales and marketing expertise his keycontributions have been in sponsoring software and product developmentactivities in the access and IBM markets, as well as with Cisco's key IOSdevelopment activities. Richardson was appointed as President EMEA Operations following his successat founding and developing foreign subsidiaries as Vice President ofIntercontinental Operations from 1992 to 1994, and as Vice President ofNorth America Operations, where he groomed a $650 million operation and grewit to a run rate in excess of $2 billion during FY1995 and 1996. Prior to joining Cisco in 1990 Richardson held a number of line and staffsenior management positions at Unisys, Canada. Richardson, a native of Canada, lives with his wife and daughter inBerkshire, UK. |
