Accreditation Form
Media/Press are requested to register in advance of the conference.
The INET'98 Accreditation Form should be returned with either:
1) a photocopy of a valid press card;
2) a letter of accreditation from the Editor in-Chief (or the News Editor for radio or TV station);
3) a recent hardcopy of the magazine, newspaper, TV, or radio program credits that includes regular editorial staff, contributors, and yourself, or;
4) a URL on a commercial news or journalism web site that lists regular editorial staff, contributors, and yourself for either the web site or associated magazine, newspaper, TV, or radio program.
Prior accreditation at ISOC events is not sufficient. Press badges will be distributed on-site at the conference.
On-site registration will be possible beginning 07:30am, Monday, 20 July 1998. Upon receipt of completed Accreditation Form and documentation, applicants will be notified when their accreditation has been accepted.

For TV crews, only the journalist and director will receive accreditation.
Accompanying staff (sound engineers, cameramen, support staff, etc.) will receive a pass. All others, such as management, marketing or advertising executives of newspapers/magazines, researchers, engineering staff of broadcasting/TV stations, etc. cannot be granted press credentials.
For TV journalists, please indicate the name and title of accompanying staff (director, cameraman, technician, etc.), if any.
