Vint Cerf has informed us of the October 22 commissioning ceremony of an Information Technology building at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He sent us a copy of his speech and we find it most appropriate. We are sure Jon would be pleased and grateful to have the Internet become more truly World Wide and extend fully into every country. We remember the Internet Society's motto, "The Internet Is For Everyone!"

We are deeply touched that this building is being dedicated in his memory. Best wishes to you -- administration, faculty, students, and guests -- as you take this step into the future of information technology and >contribute
to making it a good place for all.
