ISOC Member Discount
Persons with ISOC memberships will receive discounts on most packages or events To qualify for the ISOC Member rate, you must have a current membership in the Internet Society in your name. The INET'99 Non-Member registration fee includes one year of ISOC membership, which begins the first day of the month after the conference. CONFERENCE PACKAGES & FEES

Standard Package
The standard conference package includes conference materials (Program Book, Abstracts, and CD-ROM Proceedings), attendance at the plenaries, breakout sessions, luncheons and breaks, and social events (Opening Reception and Gala Evening), unless otherwise noted. You must pre-register for the pre-conference events.

Conference Passport (All Inclusive): 21-25 June
Member: $1050
Non-Member: $1125

The all-inclusive Conference Passport includes the standard package (see above) plus attendance at the pre-conference events: Tutorials, Education Networking (K-12) Workshop, or Developing Countries Networking Symposium. You must pre-register for the pre-conference events and you may attend one pre-conference event per day.

 

INET'99 Conference: 22-25 June
Member: $795
Non-Member: $895

Includes the standard package (see above).

 

One-Day Pass: 23, 24 or 25 June
Member or Non-Member: $300

Includes attendance at the INET'99 conference and Exhibition Hall for the day, lunch, refreshment breaks, and all conference materials. The One-Day Pass does not include the Gala Event.

 

Accompanying Guest Package: 22-25 June
Member or Non-Member: $225

Includes the Opening Reception, Gala Evening, and an Exhibition Hall pass. Conference materials and attendance at the plenaries, breakout sessions, luncheons and breaks are not included in the fee. This special registration category provides an opportunity for primary registrants to bring their spouses, children or guests. Professionals active in the Internet industry may not register as Guests.

 

Group Discounts

Group discounts are not available with online registration.

Instructions for Group Discounts: Registrations must be received from one organization with all the completed Conference Registration Forms and a single payment. The speaker fee includes the standard package and is available only to approved speakers presenting a paper, panel, or poster session, tutorial, and/or workshop. Speakers must pre-register by 11 June in order to obtain a badge, conference materials, and to be listed in the Directory of Attendees.

The Committee fee includes the standard package and is available only to those serving on the INET'99 Program Committee or INET'99 Conference Committee. Committee members must pre-register by 11 June in order to obtain a badge, conference materials, and to be listed in the Directory of Attendees.

PRE-CONFERENCE EVENTS

The Developing Countries Networking Symposium, Education Networking (K-12) Workshop, and the Technical Tutorials are not included in the INET'99 Conference fee and are priced individually, unless you register for the Conference Passport (see passport information above). Please register early to ensure that space and materials are available to you.

PAYMENT

Payment in full is required when registering. The following payment methods are accepted: Personal Checks, Corporate Checks, Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express), US currency, and travelers' cheques (in US currency only).

 

TRANSFERS OF REGISTRATION

To transfer your registration to another individual in your organization, you must send a written request to the ISOC office via post, fax or email (INET99-Register@ISOC.ORG). Should additional fees apply to the transferred registration, for example, the individual's membership status differs from the original registrant's, ISOC will contact the new registrant. All transfers and changes must have been received by 11 June 1999 and cannot be accepted on-site.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing either by post, fax, or via email (INET99-Register@ISOC.ORG) before 11 June 1999. A US $110 processing fee will be deducted from the refund for conference cancellations received on or before this date. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 11 June.

 

DIRECTORY OF ATTENDEES

ISOC must receive your registration no later than 11 June 1999 for you to be listed in the official INET'99 Directory of Attendees. Please note that your name and organization will appear in the Directory exactly as you have indicated on your Conference Registration Form.
