Conference registration includes: Symposium attendance and Proceedings (hard-copy and CD-ROM); two luncheons, Welcome Reception, two continental breakfasts and refreshment breaks.

Tutorial Registration includes: Handouts, breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.

Cancellation Policy: 90% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received on or before December 31, 2003. No refunds can be issued after December 31, 2003; however, a substitute participant will be accepted at any time with written notification.
