EXPERIENCE:

Internet Society - Bulgaria, http://www.isoc.bg, Chairman of the board and CEO, 1995-present
* Founder and leader of the Bulgarian chapter of the Internet society. One of the pioneers in the Internet field in Bulgaria.
Recent activities: filed and won a case at the Supreme court against the Bulgarian Ministry of telecommunications. Case was regarding the proposed governmental control of the ISPs. (More information at http://www.isoc.bg/kpd/)
Plans for 2000: Preparation of the Internet fiesta (March 17-19). After the success of the Internet freedom case, ISOC-Bulgaria has turned suddenly into a partner of the government in the development and spread of Internet.

Bulgaria On Line Ltd., http://www.bol.bg, CEO, 1999
* Helps in many different areas of the biggest Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Bulgaria. Includes: marketing, management, advertisement, human resources, public relations, customer support, legal issues, etc. Responsible for the delivery, design, support & maintenance of the Internet Technical & Administrative Infrastructure

KIT Ltd., CEO, 1993 - 1997
* Oversees all operations of the second to none Internet Service Provider in Bulgaria. Duties include marketing, management, accounting, development of company software, advertisement, human resources, public relations, customer support, etc.
* Direct management of international and national marketing and sales (international customers include MCI, Motorola ISG, Merit Networks Inc, Maxtech), and others.

Telecommunications and Internet contractor and/or consultant for:
* US West, American Bar Association, US Dept. of Justice, many ISPs in Bulgaria: CIT, BOL.BG, Bulgaria On Line, Mobikom, Cyberlink, etc.

* Trained with 16 companies in 5 states (including ISPs like Alpha.net, Digex, etc).
* the only Bulgarian ISP CEO trained for CEO, Sales and Marketing manager in the USA.
* Got a diploma from the American Ambassador to Bulgaria for high achievements.

* Management and sales of software products of Borland, Virgin Games, Microprose, and Borland; Customer support and maintaining Borland Support BBS in Sofia. Sales of Motorola UDS products.

Committee of Post and Telecommunications, System Operator, 1990-1992
* Developed a multi-node BBS. Created menus, language files, security access, user levels, localization of Remote Access software, etc.
* Responsible for international contacts and sales
