Resume Summary
Over 25 years of experience in managing the planning, development, and
implementation of WAN projects and complex information processing
systems.

• President and CEO of the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN)
  and is a member of the Board of Trustees of the corporation.
• Co-chair of the DNS Operations Working Group of the Internet Engineering
  Task Force and is the co-author/contributor of several technical papers pertaining to the operation of the Internet.
• Member of the Root Server System Advisory Committee of the ICANN.
• Member of the DNS Security Advisory Committee of the ICANN.
• Assistant Vice President with SAIC where he managed the Department of Defense (DoD) Network Information Center (NIC) under a contract with the Defense Information Systems Agency. The NIC is DoD's registry for the allocation of IP numbers and domain names.
• Vice-President of the Board of Directors, South Riding Proprietary,
  South Riding, Virginia.
