On this page you will see the list of persons who have submitted a petition to be placed onto the ballot for election to the Board of Trustees of ISOC in 2010 as well as a link to their petition request statement. Election (Voting) Representatives of Chapters which are eligible to vote may support any one or more petition(s) by a person seeking to be on the ballot for a Chapter elected Trustee. Election (Voting) Representatives of Organizations which are eligible to vote may support any one or more petition(s) by a person seeking to be on the ballot for an Organization elected Trustee. Election (Voting) Representatives will indicate their support for any such petition that they wish to support by their signature for it - in this case 'signature' shall be an e-mail sent by an Election (Voting) Representative to the e-mail address indicated for supporting such a petition. A separate e-mail must be sent for each petitioning candidate that the Election (Voting) Representative wishes to support. Signatures in support of any such petitioning candidate must be received not later than 24 February 2010, 23:59 UTC For a petition to be successful a candidate in the Organizational Members election needs the support of 7 valid signatures. For a petition to be successful a candidate in the Chapters election needs the support of 6 valid signatures. Successful petitioners will be placed on the ballot. The final candidate announcement will be made not later than 12th March 2010. |
