OTI is a bimonthly, hard-copy publication that is distributed to ISOC's individual and organizational members. Its aim is to inform, educate, engage, and entertain readers with readable, targeted articles from some of the industry's most influential people.

OTI's editorial ranges from highly technical discussions of new Internet-based technology to human interest reporting on the impact of Internet technology on business, government, education, and even lifestyles. Beginning in July/August, guest editors will be secured to develop special topic issues on digital commerce, technology frontiers, developing nations, policy, privacy, and more.

The Internet Society is pursuing interest from national and regional distributors, as well as an international one.
