If you have not already done so, you must first read and agree to the Terms Of Use Agreement (TOUA) before being allowed to participate in any electronic discussions sponsored by ISOC (subscribing to the list implies your agreemtn to the TOUA)..

The subscription process involves verification of your ISOC membership status before approval, so there will be a delay before you are added to the mailing list. This procedure is not yet automated, so we appreciate your patience while we process your subscription request.
