Members Public Policy Discussion List

Since its inception more than twelve years ago, members of the Internet Society have played key roles in the evolution of Internet technologies and in providing training on the uses of the Internet in countries around the globe. In addition, the Internet Society has provided valuable advice on key Internet-related policy decisions in order to ensure the continued rapid growth of the Internet.

Today, Internet policy is more important than ever before. The Internet is at a critical juncture in its development. A first version of a series of policy goals to this has been drafted. It is going to take time to fully enunciate our public policy agenda and this is where you can help. I welcome your comments and suggestions on how the Internet Society can have an even greater impact on policy debates around the world.

If you have not already done so, you must first read and agree to the Terms Of Use Agreement (TOUA) before being allowed to participate in any electronic discussions sponsored by ISOC (subscribing to the list implies your agreement to the TOUA)..

The subscription process involves verification of your ISOC membership status before approval, so there will be a delay before you are added to the mailing list. This procedure is not yet automated, so we appreciate your patience while we process your subscription request.
