Advisory Council Officers 2008-2009Dr. Nikhil Agarwal - Zensar Technologies, AC Co-Chair Email: nikhil.agarwal@eabs.ac.in Dr. Nikhil Agarwal is an international expert on ICT4D, Internet Governance and eGovernance. In 2006, the Deputy Secretary General United Nations invited Dr. Agarwal as High-Level-Adviser to United Nation’s Global Alliance on ICT & Development (UNGAID). Other than his current responsibilities, Dr Agarwal is serving as Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Internet Banking & Commerce (JIBC) since 2005. He participates as a member in many think tanks & associations like World Entrepreneurship Forum, Billion Mind Foundation and Diplo Foundation to name a few. He is currently servicing as Director of Europe Asia Business School (EABS) and Zensar Center for Business Innovation (ZCBI). Dr Agarwal has an M.Phil Technology Policy from the Cambridge-MIT Institute, University of Cambridge, UK; a Doctorate in Management from Institute of Management Technology (IMT), India and Bachelors in Business Administration from DAVV University, India.

Mr. Olivier Dubuisson has been with France Telecom since 1993 and has worked in the standardization department of the Orange Labs since 2005. He is in charge of coordinating the standardization on security and other transverse issues. Mr. Dubuisson is involved in issues related to naming and addressing as well as to the Internet of Things, broadly speaking. He participates with the IETF where he coordinates the delegates for his company. Mr. Dubuisson is also involved in ITU-T and other standardization bodies.

Mr. Nick Trio has been with IBM for over 21 years, serving a number of roles in a several organizations including IBM Research, the IBM CIO's office and IBM Sales and Distribution Communications Sector. Mr. Trio is a Senior Technical Staff Member and IBM's Chief Internet Architect, having managed IBM's internal Internet infrastructure worldwide for 14 years. Currently he is developing security solutions for telecom customers. He has been involved in ISOC since 1993 and has served not only as IBM's representative to the ISOC Advisory Council but also as an officer of the AC as well as VP of Publications and member of the Elections Committee. Nick holds a BA & MA in Sociology and an MS in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
