Abstract

Web-based training holds a great deal of promise; it can increase training effectiveness, speed and outreach while reducing its cost, but the training message is often lost in the media. This poster session will examine potential strengths and limitations of web-based training, including technical and financial concerns.

1. Attendees will be able to determine appropriate parameters for choosing web-based training. 2. Attendees will be able to choose appropriate content delivery methods for specific objectives.
