ISOC Association Management System

Request for Proposal

In order to pursue ISOC's strategic initiatives planned through 2010 and beyond, ISOC will depend ever more heavily on cross-organizational teams of geographically dispersed staff and stakeholders collaborating to achieve results. ISOC's management team views the acquisition and implementation of a new Association Management System (AMS), as a key enabler supporting this new approach. The AMS will form the core technology, database, and development environment to be utilized across the organization.

We are asking any interested vendors to submit a formal proposal, which addresses the costs for the procurement and implementation of AMS software.

The full RFP package is available for download at the link below - it contains the RFP document itself along with supporting materials and a supplier questionnaire form to be used to submit proposals. The full timetable for the RFP process is also included.

RFP responses (both the proposal and required documents and optional supplemental information) are to be emailed as one compressed file to the address listed below. All RFP responses must be received by ISOC no later than August 8, 2008 at 5:00 PM EDT. If your attachment is more than 1 MB large, please email a link to download the documents.
