As the IXP Development Expert at the Internet Society, I primarily focus on the development of Internet exchange point critical infrastructure and peering and interconnection ecosystems.
Prior to joining the Internet Society, i did some consulting work for the Internet Society in the area of IXP development. In the past, I occupied various technical and managerial roles in Internet companies, namely Internet Servie Providers, and the .RW country code top-level domain, in Rwanda.
I am thrilled by the empowerment and the building of capacity by new generations. I enjoy good food and cooking. Beyond the technologies driving the Internet, I have a particular interest in understanding the economic and financial models that drive the Internet.
With my family, I live in Rwanda, Central/East Africa.
